HLQ-125TM Moisture Vapor Control Waterproofing & Concrete Repair (5 Gallon)

SINAK HLQ-125 is a spray applied, zero VOC, clear, single component, penetrating hydrolyzed lithium quartz sealer that reduces water intrusion, moisture, moisture vapor, alkalinity, hydrostatic pressure, and osmotic pressure on new and existing concrete, masonry, and stone substrates. HLQ-125 penetrates deep into the capillary pore matrix of cementitious substrates and forms a permanent lithium quartz structure that reduces permeability and restricts moisture vapor transmission. HLQ-125 is designed for use on interior, exterior, horizontal, vertical, positive, and negative side substrates.

HLQ-125 hardens, densifies, and repairs damaged surfaces that typically would require mechanical grinding, shotblasting or complete removal and replacement. HLQ-125 reconsolidates dusting surfaces and revitalizes degraded substrates that fail an adhesive bond test. HLQ-125 waterproofs positive and negative side cast in place concrete and is excellent for use on “weeping” leaking vertical and horizontal surfaces. Substrates treated with HLQ-125 are protected against water penetration, chloride intrusion, efflorescence, algae growth, mold, microbial induced corrosion, and staining from food, oil, & chemicals.

HLQ-125 is a one-time, permanent solution that does not require re-application for the life of the treated surface. HLQ-125 creates a permanent protective barrier within the treated substrate that cannot be removed chemically or physically, and there is no film or residue that can be worn or weathered away. HLQ-125 retains the natural appearance of the substrate and does not change colored or stained concrete. HLQ-125 excels at protecting substrates that are expected to receive heavy pedestrian or vehicular traffic and extends the life of treated surfaces by decades.

HLQ-125 is not a bond breaker and is compatible with patching materials, joint fillers, epoxy injections, flooring, roofing, coatings, and paint. HLQ-125 will prevent or reduce moisture vapor rates up to 50lbs/1000 ft²- 24hr and RH up to 100% to well below accepted levels for subsequent application of moisture sensitive flooring, roofing, and coating systems. HLQ-125 is class 55 non-hazardous, non-toxic, and is listed as UL GREENGUARD Gold, Health Product Declaration (HPD), Declare Label LBC Red List Free, Super Compliant with SCAQMD and Buy American Act compliant. HLQ-125’s stable formula has an infinite shelf life and does not expire.
