SUPER DIAMOND CLEAR 350 is a state-of-the-art concrete curing compound and cure & seal specially designed with a high solids formulation to provide the most efficient moisture retention for proper cement hydration and strength gain, as well as protection from liquids, weathering, and abrasion. SUPER DIAMOND CLEAR 350 is particularly well suited for exterior architectural concrete where membrane yellowing is undesirable. VOCOMP_®-20
Water-Based, Acrylic, Concrete Curing and Sealing Compound

DESCRIPTION

VOCOMP-20 water-based acrylic curing and sealing compound is formulated using special acrylic polymers in a true water-based carrier. Once properly applied, VOCOMP-20 provides a durable film for efficient moisture retention.  VOCOMP-20 appears milky white in the container and, when first applied, leaves a bluish cast on the concrete for easy visual confirmation of coverage. VOCOMP-20 dries clear to provide a transparent sheen finish. The sheen can be controlled by the number of coats applied. VOCOMP-20 resists yellowing from ultraviolet exposure and provides a durable, long-lasting finish that offers improved resistance to chemicals and wear.

VOCOMP-20 may help minimize hair-checking, premature cracking, dusting, and spalling. However, good concrete and good concreting practices should be used, as VOCOMP-20 is not a cure-all for improperly designed, placed, and/or finished concrete.  Refer to American Concrete Institute (ACI) 201, Guide for Durable Concrete.

USES

DUOGARD_®
VOC COMPLIANT Form Release Agent

DESCRIPTION
DUOGARD multi-reactive form release is composed of an organic chemical that reacts with the alkali content of concrete to form a release film that effectively inhibits the bonding of the concrete to the form. In addition, the product also contains a high molecular weight, non-reactive, chemically inert ingredient to assist in clean, quick form release and removal. These exclusive ingredients combine the effectiveness of a chemically reactive type and an inert barrier type to provide a doubly effective separation … DUO … and the ultimate in form release.

USES
DUOGARD can be used on forms such as wood, steel, aluminum, fiberglass-reinforced, all grades of plywood (pre-oiled, overlaid, LDO, NDO, HDO, MDO), epoxy-coated, and urethane-coated,  as well as fiber tubes.  DO NOT USE on expanded polystyrene (foam), rubber, latex, or latex forms made from SBR or natural rubber.  Wood forms should be saturated prior to first use. DUOGARD increases the life of wood forms by penetrating into the wood to waterproof and prevent deterioration. It also reduces maintenance requirements on metal forms by forming a rustproof film that makes the metal form essentially self-cleaning and rust-free.

DUOGARD should be applied to fiber tube forms even though they may be pre-coated. Tubes will strip much easier, even 60 to 90 days later. If tubes are stripped in 5 to 10 days, hand rubbing is greatly facilitated when tubes are coated with DUOGARD.

DUOGARD also cuts machine cleanup time because it minimizes concrete buildup. Pavers, trucks, mixers, spreader-finishers, buggies, chutes, and other types of equipment should be sprayed daily with DUOGARD for easy cleanup and rust prevention. DUOGARD can be applied on forms for pre-stressed and precast concrete to produce a better and cleaner cast. The product will not stain or discolor concrete. DUOGARD is also available in a true water-based formula, DUOGARD II.

FEATURES/BENEFITS

A no fiber liquid asphalt coating designed for dampproofing below grade, external vertical concrete or masonry surfaces. Two coats are recommended. Coating forms a tough and pliable film which helps to retard against the entrance of moisture into or through foundation walls. Available in fibered form as well. Can be brushed or spray applied.

MEADOW-PLUG is a specially blended, extremely fast setting, hydraulic cement product designed to instantly stop running water or fluid seepage in concrete or masonry structures. This single-component, high-strength repair mortar permanently plugs non-moving cracks, joints and voids.

1325-CLEAR water-based, wax-based concrete curing compound is an excellent cure for interior and exterior and horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. AKKRO-7T is a non-redispersable, liquid bonding admixture used to produce polymer modified concrete and mortar. AKKRO-7T is a milky white, water based emulsion of high solids acrylic polymers and modifiers. AKKRO-7T is non-yellowing and has excellent resistance to ultraviolet degradation, heat and most common chemicals. AKKRO-7T does not alter the color of the mixture.

SPEC MIX® Masonry Cement & Sand mortar is a dry preblended mortar mix containing masonry cement and dried masonry sand formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life. SPEC MIX Masonry Cement & Sand mortar is available in color and is engineered for the installation of CMU and brick units where high mortar workability and board life is required for good bond.  It comes in Types M, S and N, and each designation meets ASTM C 270, ASTM C 1714 and CSA A179 requirements. In addition to custom mix designs that are available for specific applications or properties, the standard Masonry Cement & Sand mortar is designed to be compatible with the characteristics of the specified masonry unit. Sherwin Williams Xylene Solvent, 1-Gallon Can

Sherwin Williams Xylene is a strong aromatic solvent used for thinning and cleanup of oil-based paints, enamels, and lacquers. It has a slower drying time than Toluene, so it is often used to achieve a smooth finish or to have more time to blend oil-based paints together before they dry. This can be used as a general-purpose thinner and cleanup solvent. This product is not soluble in water; not for use with water-based paints.

DIAMOND CLEAR 350 is a low VOC, non-yellowing concrete curing compound and cure & seal used to cure and seal exterior concrete. The 1600-WHITE series of water-based, white-pigmented concrete curing compounds are wax-based dispersions with selected white pigments. When properly applied, 1600-WHITE forms a premium-grade membrane, which optimizes water retention. The white pigment reflects the sun’s rays to help keep the concrete surface cooler and prevent excessive heat buildup.

USES
1600-WHITE is ideal for application on exterior, horizontal surfaces, such as highways, airports, and street and curb paving.  1600-WHITE is not recommended for residential applications. The product provides optimum curing when protection from the sun’s heat is desired.

• Type M mortar is a high-strength mortar, suitable for heavy-duty applications like below-grade masonry and areas with high wind or seismic activity.
