USES
- Leak and illicit connection detection: Locates leaks in sewer lines by tracing water to a specific point of escape. Identifies illegal connections, such as stormwater drains connected to sanitary sewers. Detects leaks in plumbing systems and septic systems.
- Flow and system analysis: Maps water flow patterns to identify areas of blockages or low flow. Performs flow time studies to analyze the speed and movement of wastewater. Conducts retention time studies.
- Pollution and overflow analysis: Investigates pollution sources. Analyzes overflows to understand where wastewater is exiting the system.
- Septic system inspection: Tests the functionality of septic tanks and drain fields

Note: due to many variables (amount of water, visible light, rate of flow, distance traveled, concentration of solids, user preference, etc.) additional dye might be required for a stronger visual detection.
