After working in the construction field for more than a decade, Kim Gilmore saw a real need for a more diversified range of products coming from the convenience of a single supplier. She also appreciated the opportunity to introduce a local woman-owned business to this traditionally male-dominated field. Since founding All Contractors Supply in 2009, the business has grown exponentially, from a spare bedroom in her home, to an 8,000-square-foot warehouse. She and her staff form strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, partnering with them to determine the best-fit tools for the job.

Kim Gilmore is the proud owner of All Contractors Supply and RAW Roofing Solutions, two successful companies in the construction industry. With a strong belief in empowering women, she actively participates in organizations dedicated to advancing women in construction-related fields. Kim serves as a Board Member for the Lake County Development Council and is a member of the National Ohio Contractors Association, National Women in Roofing, and Leadership Lake County.

She is also involved in the Mentor Chamber of Commerce and the Willoughby Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement. Kim’s outstanding contributions were recognized when she was a finalist for the Fast Track 50 award in 2023. She takes pride in owning women/minority-owned businesses and holds various certifications, including Ohio Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) certification, showcasing her dedication to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the industry.

With an extensive career spanning over 35 years in the construction industry, Dan has traversed a remarkable journey characterized by growth, resilience, and a passion for his work. He began his career in the trenches as a general laborer, where he learned the foundational skills that would serve him well throughout his professional life. Through hard work and determination, Dan steadily climbed the ranks, transitioning from laborer to foreman, and eventually to superintendent. Each role he undertook not only honed his technical expertise but also developed his leadership capabilities, preparing him for his current position as a project manager. In this role, he oversees complex projects, coordinates teams, and ensures that every detail is meticulously managed, all while adhering to safety standards and budget constraints.

Yet, Dan's life is not solely defined by his professional achievements. Beyond the demands and challenges of construction sites, he finds immense joy and rejuvenation in family vacations, where he embraces the opportunity to create lasting memories with his loved ones.
